CONSENT TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITES AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Consent to the use of the Websites and processing of personal data is developed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy of PsyClass FZE, IBAN: AE090860000009550746105 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), as well as the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the FZ-152).

This Consent shall apply to the information that the Operator may obtain about individuals - subjects of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the User) during their use of the website, pages of the Operator located at the following addresses: https://psy-class.org/, https://psy-class.com/ and other addresses using the domain name psy-class.org (hereinafter referred to as the Websites).

Use of the Websites in any form, including navigating the site and studying the materials posted at it, filling out forms of the Websites, questionnaires and providing information about yourself means the User's full consent to the terms of processing his personal data, established by this Agreement and the Personal Data Processing Policy of PsyClass FZE published at the Websites.

The User, by filling in the questionnaires posted at the Website, the content of which implies the provision of personal data by the User to the Operator, gives his/her consent to the Operator to process his/her personal data. The consent in this section of this Agreement means the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of personal data within the meaning of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Operator processes the Users' personal data for the purpose of providing services, including:

- registration and authorization of the User at the Websites;
- personalization of the Websites and its offers (both at the Websites themselves and in subsequent (including electronic) communication with the User) in accordance with the User's determined interests in the content of the Websites (including by automatic means of processing);
- acceptance and processing of requests made by the User at the Websites; - providing the User with information of reference and advertising nature about services and other offers realized at the Websites by sending messages to the User by e-mail or phone (messengers).
- providing the User with information of reference and advertising nature about services and other offers realized at the Websites by means of personal communication with the User using the telephone number provided by the User;
- fulfillment by the Operator of its obligations to the User;
- promotion of the Operator’s Services/advertising of activities to promote services posted at the websites at the addresses: https://psy-class.org/ , https://psy-class.com/ as well as at other addresses using the domain name psy-class.org of the Operator.

3. AMOUNT OF PERSONAL DATA

As part of this Agreement and Personal Data Processing Policy of PsyClass FZE, the Operator may obtain the following information from the Users:

- Surname, name, patronymic;
- age;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- age;
- passport information;
- position;
- occupation;
- education;
- psychology topics of interest to the User of personal data;
- other data specified by the User and/or necessary for proper
provision of services.
- Additionally, the Operator may have access to other User's data, which are automatically transferred from the User to the Operator when using the Websites, namely: location information; IP address, type and version of the OS; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; OS and browser language; information stored in cookies.

4. CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The User has the right to make changes to the personal data provided by him/her, to request their deletion/destruction/blocking, as well as to revoke his/her consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding request to the Operator at the e-mail address: lifepractic@gmail.com. The Operator undertakes not to transfer the information received from the User to third parties, except as provided by the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the terms of this Agreement and the Offer Agreement between PsyClass FZE and the User.

The Operator has the right to use "cookies" technology to improve the User's use of the Websites and to achieve the purposes specified in clause 2 of the Agreement, and also has the right to receive and process other information about the User and his use of the Websites (including information about the User's IP-address, information about the User's transition to the Websites, etc.).
When processing the User's personal data, the Operator shall be guided by the provisions of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and subordinate acts adopted in accordance with it, as well as shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data of the User. The Operator shall not be liable for the User's transmission of information through unprotected communication channels and in other cases beyond the reasonable control of the Operator.

The Operator has the right to store and process copies of the User's personal data on servers of foreign countries.

The User shall be obliged to ensure the completeness, accuracy and reliability of the information provided by the User, as well as to take measures to ensure that the provision of information by the User does not violate applicable legislation, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

The User agrees that the Operator may provide limited access to personal data of Users when promoting online consultation services via the Internet through the use of Elama, Yandex Direct and other similar services.

The User agrees that the Operator may use his/her personal data when registering and creating a personal account for the User at the GetCourse training platform in order for the User to receive training programs, courses and webinars of the Operator.

The User agrees to receive from the Operator informational, news and advertising messages, mailings and other related information in any form. At the same time, the User has the right to refuse to receive this information by sending a corresponding request to the Operator.

When processing the User's personal data, the Operator shall be guided by the provisions of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and subordinate acts adopted in accordance with it, as well as shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data of the User. The Operator shall not be liable for the User's transmission of information through unprotected communication channels and in other cases beyond the reasonable control of the Operator.

The collection and storage of personal data provided by the User shall be carried out exclusively in electronic form (unless otherwise required by applicable law).

By the fact of the User's use of the Websites (in any form, including those mentioned above), the User expresses his/her consent to this Agreement and all its terms and conditions, and the User's performance of such actions shall be recognized by both parties as conclusive actions aimed at the User's conclusion of this Agreement and acceptance of its terms and conditions, and is considered compliance with the written form of the Agreement (clause 3, Art. 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
